Are you ready for Christmas Eve?

Hi all!

Don't forget that if you are singing with us Christmas Eve, then you are coming to practice on Wednesday at 7:15 sharp!

Here is our agenda:

Practice the Christmas hymns:

-Joy to the World
-Prepare the Way, O Zion
-O Little Town of Bethlehem
-What Child Is This
-Hark the Herald Angels Sing
-Away in a Manger
-Silent Night
-Go Tell It on the Mountain

After that, we will rehearse "A Gospel Noel" and "Jesus, What a Wonderful Child" until they are fabulous!!!

Music for Advent

Hi!

I thought I would post what we're doing this month for Advent (subject to change, of course!).

December 6th:
-My Lord, He is A-Comin, Soon.
-As We Gather
-Light the Candle
-Hymn 10 (Vs. 1 & 2)
-Around the Table
- Hymn 409
-Hymn 13 – Prepare the Way, O Zion

December 13th:
-My Lord, He is A-Comin Soon
-Ancient of Days
-Light the Candle
-Hymn #5
-Silent Comes the Joy
-Days of Elijah

December 20th:
-As We Gather
-O Come, O Come Emmanuel
-Light the Candle
-Hymn # 16
-Little Bitty Baby
-My Lord, He is A-Comin Soon

Also, throughout this month we'll be practicing music for Christmas Eve, specifically "Jesus, What a Wonderful Child" and "A Gospel Noel."
